Abstract

In this paper, a modification of Adomian decomposition method (MADM) for solving linear and nonlinear Fredholm integral equations of the second kind has been introduced. This new method is resulted from Adomian decomposition method (ADM) by a simple modification. This modification is based on the existence of Taylor expansion. To illustrate the modification on ADM, some examples are presented. Comparison of the result of applying the MADM and ADM revealing the new technique is very effective and convenient.
