Abstract

A numerical study is presented on the effect Transient MHD free convective fluid flow past a moving accelerated vertical porous plate in the presence of viscous dissipation has been studied. The dimensionless governing coupled non-linear boundary layer partial differential equations are solved by an efficient finite element method. The variations of the fluid velocity, temperature and concentration fields with the help of different flow parameters are presented graphically. And also, the effects these flow parameters on Skin-friction, Rate of heat and mass transfer are discussed through tabular forms. This model finds applications in geophysics, astrophysics and also in the design of high temperature industrial processing systems.
